Are you feeling stuck with your trauma clients?

You're noticing they aren't making the progress you hoped for. Their stories and emotions are setting off your own nervous system, leaving you emotionally exhausted and dreading certain sessions. You took that trauma training, but what you learned just isn't cutting it in real sessions with real people carrying real pain.

You're starting to wonder: What is complex trauma anyway? And how do I actually help these clients heal?

There's hope - and a proven path forward.

Healing happens within co-regulation, safe sacred spaces, brain science modalities, and trauma-aware approaches. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to stay stuck watching your clients struggle.

Hi, I'm Jessica,

and my passion is healing

The first 35 years of my life were riddled with trauma. After taking big steps to heal through EMDR, Parts Work, and connecting with the body, I discovered something powerful: my personal experiences, combined with my love of learning and career of helping others, made me uniquely qualified to become a specialist in trauma.

Having walked this road myself, I see both perspectives—the healer and the wounded. This dual lens allows me to provide creative, gentle tools and systems that help you meet your clients exactly where they are.

What it's like to work with me

My goal is that you'll feel seen, heard, and supported throughout our time together. I believe we are human first, healers second. I bring over two decades of continuing education investment, real-world clinical experience, and the heart of someone who truly understands both sides of the healing journey.

You'll receive practical, immediately applicable tools—not just theory. I'll help you develop the confidence and skills to create coregulated, safe spaces where your trauma clients can actually heal.

A little more about me...

I'm a single mom raising two amazing girls while growing my businesses - all on my own for over a decade. I'm a champion of women, a lover of the beach, plants, animals, and music. I enjoy traveling, experiencing other cultures, and learning (clearly, given my large investment in continuing education!).

I'm fascinated by human feelings, thoughts, reactions, and interactions - probably why I love people-watching so much. My house is full of animals, plants, and GIRLS!
